Another Jetstream 32 from Sweden was converted to the 5-bladed new generation composite props in the new MT-Propeller Assembly- and Maintenance Hanger. Our customer was very impressed after the test flight.

MT-Propeller, together with the North American / Canadian / Mexican Service Centers, completed another successful bi-annual refreshing training to inform our Service Center Network about the latest improvement on the MT-Propeller product line at the MT-Propeller USA facilities, beginning of November 2011.
MT-Propeller is more than happy that 50 + people attended the training session to improve our Service Quality, giving our customers the best service for the MT-Propeller product.

First Metroliner operating in Canada with MTV-27 propeller. The customer is very happy about performance, reduced vibration and noise level, which gives the airplane a complete new quality of flying.
First converted KingAir 200GT with MT-Propellers MTV-27-1-E-C-F-R(P)/CFR225-55f flew from Germany to Oshkosh for display. The successful ferry flight to Oshkosh and back was performed by the Owners. The airplane was parked during the Air Venture 2011 at the Orion FBO.

At the 51st German Aerbatic National Championship, Engineer and Test Pilot Martin Albrecht came in Second Place in Unlimited and is therefore the German Vice champion 2011 after being German Champion 2010.

MT-Propeller successfully completed the in-flight vibration test of the
MTV-4 used on the P-51 Mustang.
This is another big step. The propeller system did not show any high
stresses and all stresses were very well within limits.
The prop pitch control was also recorded and tested, and worked very well
without any issues.

Certification flight testing was successfully performed and completed on the
Jetstream 41 series.
Certification at the SACAA is expected within the next 3 months. After that, the
first regional airline - AirLink - can put the new generation composite
MTV-27 MT-Propellers into operation on their Jet 41 fleet.

Initial flight testing has shown an up to 5 kts increased speed, 5% better climb, takeoff and climb rpm reduction to 2500 rpm for best comfort and reduced noise emission.
It is the same new prop as being used on the new Piper Malibu and Mirage upgrades.
